The interior design of the flagship bakery café, revolves around the theme of "Bridging the American West Coast with East Asia".

It encapsulates the West Coast's laid-back vibe of North America and brings it into bustling Hong Kong.

Pacific rim-inspired design elements such as volcanic basalt stone, metal lava foam, and pine wood are incorporated into the café.

A seven-meter-long handcrafted sandstone counter takes centre stage at the café to display the artistic baked goods. The use of stainless steel veneer and concrete panels seamlessly blends natural aesthetics with minimalism.

Grab yourself a window seat and bask in abundant natural daylight, or embrace the tranquillity in the discrete space and insulate yourself from the hustle and bustle of the city.
